Youth and Worship Minister: Rob Fraser



Rob Fraser moved here from Memphis, Tennessee after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Bible and Youth Ministry from Freed-Hardeman University in December of 2002. Rob has been on staff since February of 2003 and is presently serving with the youth of all ages and as the song director for worship services. Rob also directs the monthly nursing home service and is the audio and video production editor for the church. Rob also edits and maintains the church website and he is proud to be an active member of the local youth ministry network known as the N.E.T.
Rob is married to Kylea Waltz Fraser of Pennsylania. They were married in October of 2004. Kylea is currently enrolled in medical school to be a respiratory therapist and graduates in May of 2010. She currently works in the hair and makeup profession. Kylea enjoys baking and crafts as well as mentoring girls of all ages in the church. She also co-leads the cradle roll class on Sunday mornings for young babies.
Rob has two sisters, April and Jennifer, one brother, Justin, and parents, Lawrence and Teresa Fraser, all residing in Tennessee. Rob was an intern for the Acappella company during 2000 when he was able to sing in 23 states across the southern and northeastern United States. Rob has also worked in radio, mission campaigns, outreach events, and with various singing groups throughout the past several years. Rob’s favorite verse is 1st Peter 4:10 (NIV). Rob says that what he enjoys the most about ministry is that “everyday you wake up to a new opportunity to meet someone who can make your life better and the opportunity to make an eternal impact on someone as well.”
